Public Private Capital Campaign

The NYS State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation has committed $735,000 to rehabilitate and expand the Nature Center structure beginning the Spring of 2016. Upon completion, the Friends of the Nature Center have agreed to assist in the construction of new educational displays and upgrades to the interior design of the building.

Fun, interactive displays, and new museum exhibits will teach, provide entertainment and offer a link between the museum and the Nature Center trails. The Minna Anthony Common Nature Center has educated thousands of eager learners along the Saint Lawrence River for 50 years. We hope that this project will give educators, parents, grandparents and park employees the tools necessary to teach future generations in an interesting and engaging way. With an estimated cost of $1,335,000, the Minna Anthony Common Nature Center needs your support!

Naming Opportunity Fund Raising
